Known in Europe as "The Palace of Emperor" and " The Forbidden City " in US, represents for thousand of years the quintessence and the bastion of Chinese culture, keeping alive the identity of this nation, even from the communist period.
     In the past, "The Palace" was accessible for a restrained number of costumers, limited at the Members of the Royal Family, Army Generals, Aristocratic Representative, Servants, Soldiers and rarely Guests.
     Our concept was based on the desire of creating a restaurant with an authentic Chinese cuisine and a menu that contains the specific receipts of all the four regions of China: Guangdong, Sichuang, Zheijiang and the Northern Area. Every region brought new elements in the Chinese cuisine and each is distinguished through its own specific. The Zhejiang cuisine offers  a great attention to the quality of ingredients, to the technique of preparation, to the design and to the food taste. Guangdong proposes  sea food, fish and chicken recipe ; Sichuang comes with a more spicy cuisine with based on fish and pork, while northern region, which gave what is known by the name of "Northern Food", offers a rich selection , of which we mention the famous "spring packages". Even if the "Northern Food" is perhaps the most popular in Romania, we consider that the diversity of culinary Chinese art has much more to offer, for which we have put together a rich menu, close to a complete menu.
     Plus, we didn't wanted that the culinary experience to be diminished by an improper location. We brought elements of the Chinese culture- water, fire, stone, wood, soil, specific marks and imaging –to modernity and we passed them through the continental design filter. It resulted a stylized space simultaneously stylish, that offers booths snuggeries like privacy and discretion oasis and also ample spaces, adequate for events or large groups. The key element is represented by the selection of Chinese chefs which confers guarantees for an authentic Chinese menu which we will endeavor to refine more from one month to the next with innovations and surprise elements.
     The "Forbidden City" has opened its gates and is hosting private and corporate parties, business lunch/ dinner, workgroups, meetings and other events in a exclusivist and refined ambient.
